Reynolds Development Group is a real-estate development group focused on pursuing development opportunities in South Central Pennsylvania with an emphasis in Cumberland County, Dauphin County and the City of Harrisburg.

Rick Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer of Reynolds Development Group, has experience in real estate development and was a partner in the development of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency headquarters as well as Harrisburg’s newest high-rise, Market Square Plaza. Mr. Reynolds has taken the experience from these projects and used them to create his own development team.

Reynolds Development Group will specialize in select opportunities with existing clients and other select parties with the intention of leasing space to tenants or selling the building once it has been completed.
