Reynolds was hired by the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority as the construction manager for the new convention center and Marriott Hotel being built in downtown Lancaster.

The convention center includes an exhibit hall, lobby, ballrooms, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as a museum and interpretive education center based around the historic Stevens and Smith buildings.

The new Marriott Hotel at Penn Square will be a 300 room hotel and will feature a 9,500 s.f. ballroom, restaurant, indoor pool and spa area.
