BACKGROUND: Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company hired Reynolds Construction Management as the Owner’s Representative for construction of the new GIANT Center arena complex. The new 295,000 s.f. GIANT Center has seating for 10,500, 1,000 club seats, and 40 luxury suites, club lounge, concession areas, retail space, ticket sales areas, press box, and associated locker rooms, and training rooms. In addition, there is office space, conference rooms, and a commissary for arena management.
