BACKGROUND: Reynolds was hired by the Hershey Entertainment and Resort Company to serve as Construction Manager- At Risk on the major renovations & additions to the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center.  The project included construction of a 5-story guest tower with 231 rooms and 6 meeting rooms, a new exhibit hall, renovations to existing rooms, and a new lobby with a four-sided stone fireplace.  Additionally, Reynolds was rehired in 1999 to build a new Sports Bar, the Bears' Den.  Construction was completed on the Bears' Den on January 30, 2000.
