RCM Awarded New Projects
HARRISBURG, PA (1/4/2012) - Reynolds Construction Management (RCM) has been awarded a project by the School District of Springfield Township, Oreland, PA. RCM was hired by the district for close-out assistance on the Erdenheim Elementary and Springfield Township Middle School projects. RCM will complete a third-party evaluation of the projects’ documentation to assess responsibility for incomplete work.
Penn State University has hired RCM to perform pre-construction and construction management at-risk services for the Educational Activities Building (EAB) additions and renovations project at the Harrisburg campus. The project consists of 54,015 s.f. (19,200 s.f. new construction). The total project cost is estimated at $17.4 million. The project will provide new laboratories with support spaces and offices for civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Construction is slated to begin July 2012. The hired design professional for the project is Bohlin Cywinski Jackson/OPA Architecture.
Pottstown School District hired RCM for pre-construction and construction management services for renovation projects at five elementary schools.
RCM has also been hired for the following projects: Conewago Valley School District—Supervisory Services for Buildings and Grounds Department, and Council Rock School District—Close-out Services for Churchville Elementary School Project.
