RCE Hired by Penn State College of Medicine

HARRISBURG, PA (2/12/2010) - Reynolds Consulting Engineers was hired by Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine to perform consulting engineering services at the Hershey Medical Center campus.

RCE will perform consulting engineering services for an audit of the hospital’s central plant’s chilled water system as required by USGBC’s LEED for New Construction 2.1 and 2.2, Energy and Atmosphere prerequisite 3 for Fundamental Refrigerant Management. RCE will assist in developing the five-year plan to phase out the use of CFC’s in the central plant.
