RCM Announces Promotion
WAYNE, PA (6/9/2009) - Reynolds Construction Management has announced the promotion of Damion Spahr to regional vice president of the Wayne, PA, office.
In his new position, Mr. Spahr will continue to oversee the daily operations of the King of Prussia area office. Additionally, he will manage the business development efforts and supervise the project management and administration efforts of the Reynolds’ projects in the Delaware Valley region, which includes the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery, as well as parts of Northampton, Lehigh and Berks counties. Some current projects in these areas include the new S.T.E.M. Complex for the Delaware County Community College, the Northeast Regional Center expansion project for the Community College of Philadelphia, and renovations to Phoenixville Middle School.
Mr. Spahr has held various positions with Reynolds over the past ten years. These positions include project manager, project executive and regional manager. “Damion (Mr. Spahr) has been a key employee at Reynolds for a number of years, and he has been directly responsible for the start-up and growth of our King of Prussia (Wayne, PA) office.” said Jeff Merritt, CCM, president of Reynolds Construction Management. “This promotion recognizes his efforts and the growth he has shown over the last several years to be a key contributor to the Reynolds organization.”
