Reynolds Announces Top-Level Promotions
HARRISBURG, PA (2/3/2009) - The Reynolds family of construction services companies has announced the promotions of David S. Angle to Chief Operating Officer, Jeffrey P. Merritt, CCM, to President of Reynolds Construction Management, and Anthony P. Worrall to President of Reynolds Restoration Services.
“Dave [Mr. Angle], Jeff [Mr. Merritt] and Anthony [Mr. Worrall] have been extremely instrumental in the growth of Reynolds Construction Management, RT Reynolds, and Reynolds Restoration Services. These promotions demonstrate how much I value their leadership, managerial skills and ability to be key contributors to the continued growth of the entire Reynolds organization,” said Rick Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer of the Reynolds companies.
Mr. Angle in his new role as Chief Operating Officer of all the Reynolds companies will focus on strategic planning and asset development. In addition to these duties, he will remain president of RT Reynolds, Inc., the general construction division of the Reynolds companies. Mr. Angle has been with Reynolds since its inception in 1994. He has nearly thirty years of construction experience and has held various leadership roles within the company, including serving on the Board of Directors. Mr. Angle holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on construction management from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Merritt, former senior vice president, will now serve as President of Reynolds Construction Management, Inc. He will oversee the day to day operations; including administration, business development, project management, and staffing, of the construction management division. Employed by Reynolds for fourteen years, Mr. Merritt has held many leadership positions and has served as project executive for many local construction projects, including the new Central York High School and renovations to the historic John Harris Campus of Harrisburg High School. In 2004, he earned the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation from the Construction Management Association of America. Mr. Merritt holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on construction management from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Worrall has been promoted to President of Reynolds Restoration Services. He formerly served as executive vice president for the division. His responsibilities include overseeing the administration, sales, project management, and staffing of the restoration and light construction services company. Mr. Worrall will retain his current position as chief financial officer of all the Reynolds companies. Since his start at Reynolds ten years ago, Mr. Worrall has been appointed to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He was named one of Central Penn Business Journal’s Top Forty Under Forty in 2006. Mr. Worrall is a graduate from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting.
