New Contracts Awarded to RCM

HARRISBURG, PA (12/11/2008) - The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission selected the team of STV Incorporated and Reynolds Construction Management to provide construction inspection and project management services for the new central administration data center in Middletown, PA. The project involves renovations to an existing building which will house the main data processing center, communications PBX room and the EZ Pass and traffic operations center. The construction cost is estimated at $32 million and construction completion is scheduled for December 2009.

The Muhlenberg School District board approved to hire Reynolds Construction Management to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the planned additions and renovations project to the Muhlenberg Middle School. Reynolds recently completed construction management services for the district’s additions and renovations project at the C.E. Cole Intermediate School.

The Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) in Lancaster, PA, hired Reynolds Construction Management to perform pre-construction and construction management services for the Queen Street Station expansion project and the renovations project at RRTA’s operation center. The Queen Street Station project includes the addition of three bus berths, construction of a 400-450 space parking garage and two levels of lease space. The RRTA operation center project includes the replacement of major building systems and renovations to the administrative, maintenance, storage and wash facilities.
