  • Project Overview

  • The Northeast Regional campus project will nearly double the size of the current center. The expansion is from the current 60,000 gross square feet to 117,540 gross square feet. The expanded Center will address a large unmet enrollment need and allow current program offerings (Accounting; Business; Culture, Science and Technology; Education; Justice; Liberal Arts; and Management) to be expanded as well as permit several new programs to be offered (Emergency Medical Technology; Computer Forensics; Health Services Management; and Business and Industry Training Programs. The library, enrollment services, open computer lab, and learning support spaces will be expanded. Finally, the project involves current technologies and environmental designs to the extent of being registered as a US Green Building Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design project with the target of Silver Certification.
