Reynolds Construction Management was started in 1994 by Rick Reynolds to pursue public sector construction management opportunities in central Pennsylvania. Since that time Reynolds Construction Management has grown to become one of the preeminent construction service providers in Pennsylvania.  Annually, Reynolds is recognized as one of the “Top 100 Construction/Program Management-For-Fee Firms” in the United States by Engineering News Record and four times Reynolds has been awarded the Construction Manager of the Year award by the American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania.

Today, Reynolds provides a full range of construction and project management services for K-12 education, higher education, health care, government, hospitality/entertainment, corrections, office and transportation facilities throughout Pennsylvania. Reynolds has managed or is involved currently in over 200 projects, valued in excess of $2.5 billion.
Since 1994 Reynolds Construction Management has matured into a multi-faceted organization that annually manages or constructs over $350 million worth of construction projects, and has become renowned throughout the region as a market leader in construction management and general construction.

In 2006 Reynolds Construction Management opened an office in King of Prussia, PA.  This expansion has allowed us to continue to provide prompt and focused service to our clients in Eastern Pennsylvania. Another way in which Reynolds has grown and expanded in order to better serve our clients has been through the creation of R.T. Reynolds, a division focused on general construction and general contracting.  This division started in 1997 focuses on guaranteed maximum price opportunities and has experienced growth in the higher education, health care, office and hospitality markets. 

Reynolds Construction Management and R.T. Reynolds have over 120 construction professionals on staff and we provide all of our services in-house. Our pre-construction department includes architectural, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical experts that offer our clients invaluable input during budgeting, estimating, specification reviews, value engineering, scheduling and phasing of projects. Our construction department includes our project managers and on-site construction managers who, as a team, provide firm control over the construction phase of the project. This diverse in-house capability is the infrastructure of Reynolds; it allows our clients the ability to obtain all of these services from one source and minimizes their burden throughout the complex building process.
